Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted via the Trinity Portholes website. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. Please note that in these terms and conditions "you", "your", "yours" and "yourself" are references to any person ordering goods from the website, and "we", "our" and "ours" are references to Trinity Portholes.

 

How to Pay

You can buy online through our Sagepay account.

 

Notification of changes

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.

 

Delivery

Goods bought online will normally be delivered within 72 hrs of your order but orders sent via post please allow 28 days of us accepting your order. We will contact you by telephone or email when the order has been received, when the cheque has cleared and then order the goods to be dispatched, if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, you will have the option to cancel your order.

 

Postage and Packing

Unless otherwise stated, postage and packing shall be charged in addition to the price of the goods themselves and will vary according to the delivery address, weight and size of the goods ordered, and the method of postage preferred.

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, box unopened (with any seals and other wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the shipping costs. Trinity Portholes will not refund outgoing or incoming shipping costs for a return of this nature.

When you send your item back to us we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within approximately three weeks of our receiving your return.

 

If the item was damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a Trinity Portholes package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you should notify Trinity Portholes immediately. We will then endeavour to recover the insured sum on your behalf, and a full refund for that amount will be issued once it is recovered.

  • Shipping is between UK only at the present time, dependent upon weight and wether order can be palletised.

Please note that extra shipping charges apply for deliveries to Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Wight, Man, Scilly and The Channel Islands.

  • Most of our orders are delivered within 1 week, however, please allow 28 days for delivery within the UK. Although we do like to have the goods with you normally within 72hrs upon receipt of order Contact us if your order is urgent - we will always try our best to meet your requirements.
  • We can ship worldwide. Just contact us for a shipping quote, outside of the website.

Please inspect your goods on arrival for any damage. Do not sign the drivers docket unless you have checked your goods. If you do not have time to check at time of delivery, please sign the docket
'unchecked'. Please inspect your goods within 24hrs of reciept and report any damage within 48hrs of receipt otherwise we are unable to claim for a replacement part and may have to charge you additional costs to replace the item concerned.

Returned goods must be packaged in their original packaging and will be collected and returned at the customers expense. and then inspected and must be recieved in perfect condition in order for a full refund minus charges to be issued
